Hi,

I am using Purity III on Joomla 3.3.6.

The main menu is not getting displayed in the mobile layout. Can someone help me.

I tried with enabling and disabling mega menu.

Please check the menu settings from Template options .
Enable mega menu From template options for your template .

Can we not get the Main menu (mainnav) which is on the top.

You need to enable mega menu from template options and Enable collapse navigation for small screen .
to show mega menu on mobile .

I saw there are lot of custom changes on your site so your menu is look like this >>> http://prntscr.com/6hs5ja

You need to revert your custom changes so template will use the default css .

How do I disable the top menu in the website. I have unpublished the module main menu. Still the menu keeps appearing on the top.

Is there any other setting to disable the top menu

Hello Bhagat can add a screenshot which top menu you are talking about ?

For hiding an item you can use Display : none; property in custom.css

I am getting the sidebar on mobile. But the menu is hidden and gets enabled only when we touch the top left corner. can you please guide me as how to make it visible all times.

its t3 functionality to mske the menu in collapse for mobile devices .
If you want same view like in desktop you can turn off responsive mode from template options .

My menu system is working fine in all the screens except for ipad in horizontal position. It is always in open position. How do I get it in closed position.

Mega menu is enabled. Collapse navigation for small screens is also enabled.
