hi i have this issue since age but that start te be a huge problem

when trying to vote on article

time to time i have the following message

“La dernière requête a été rejetée car elle contenait un identifiant de sécurité invalide. Veuillez actualiser la page et réessayer.”

the last request as been rejected because she was carrying one invalid security id, reload the page and try again

but when i reload the page its the same issue,

Are you using the JA Purity II template on J1.5 or J2.5 ? is the template up-to-dated with our latest version v2.5.4?

and now the issue is systematic, i cannot vote i have the message on all article

Hi leo i’ll cross checked with my xampp kit and on the local hard drive i can vote

strange,

that happen only on server

i desactivated my htaccess protection but that change nothing

i’ll continue to dig the issue but if you have any tips ? its perhaps a folder permission ?

Hi folamour,

As you know, the voting feature is only available on article view, not category view with intro part. Well, this voting issue is happening on the article of Home menu item only, so that you can check out this menu item’s backend settings and make sure that you set Yes to Show voting option. Clear JAT3 cache then.

i’m ok with setting, but i have confirmed, saved, and clear the cache, but i still got the issue,

but as you told this seem impact only the article on home not on category

thats pretty strange, it could be a “details” but as you have to know this took me age to write these article, so if people cannot vote,

that a shame…..

I checked out the voting feature carefully on few articles, i got the success all testing times. It seems that the problem happens on your IPs address or your admin account only. Lets try to test on the safe mode of your browser and ask anyone to test this feature on your website.

unable to vote on article (page reloaded) its systematic cache clearing dont work
ja framework module as just been updated yesterday
