I’ve spoken to Breeze and they have comeback with the following;

ask to your T3 Template Vendor about some strange behaviour on li:hover, because the template is blocking the normal display of the CheckOut process.

Does anyone else use breeze and have you had an issue with it ?

Hi

I’ve not used this extension before, could you describe steps by steps to check out to see the issue?

And you narrow the scope of issue by trying to change default template to a standard template of Joomla like Beez / Protostar and see whether the check out work or not.
