I work with Ja Methys 1.6 I have a couples issues:

1.- When I download the Ja Methys 1.6, and I installed, I can’t find in the zip packet the mod_jatabs, in the zip include JA Tabs for plug in, but not include the modules JA Tabs.

2.- Into the folders quickstart/jatc_methys_j16/templates/ja_methys/html/ only there are the component K2, but don’t show up to use…

K2 is not included with JA Methys for J1.6 simply because K2 is not yet available for J1.6

JA Comment is a component available to Developer and JAEC members only. If you have that membership you can download the extension.

Elmer answer: I’m not Developer or JAEC, to download the 1.6 version, I assuming is include into the packet for JA Methys 1.6, because the version 1.5 include, however, what I need to do?, I need to buy the member to JAEC to obtain this component is the only way?

The comment system included in the J1.5 version is part of K2 and not the JA Comment component. If you wish to have the JA Comment component then yes, you will need one of the memberships that include it.

The JA Tabs Module is not available for J1.6 but if you look at the quickstarts for J1.6 you will see how it is done.
