Would your servers going down affect modules that we have installed on our templates? Both the JA_Slideshow lite and JA_contentslider are inoperable. Please let me know. Thanks.

Hi stelfair,

can i ask if you are on a VPS using WHM Cpanel? Its just that cpanel did an automatic upgrade on mine and I thought this might be the cause for the modules to stop working. I even tried moving my website to a new server but still same issue – even upgrading the module didn’t work

Hi guys,

Which version of Joomla are you using? If you’ve updated to J!3.2 version, it may have caused this issue. You can provide more details here so that I would be able to give further suggestions.
