Hello,

I am working on a div trying to get the content to popup. Below is the code I am using but am unsure how to add the popup in.
```
<div class="row resource">
<div class="col-md-3">
<div class="box-inner">
<h3><a title="Our vision" href="#">Our vision</a></h3>
</div>
</div>
```
Essentially, I want the "box-inner" to popup with some context in side.
