    I have a dev site I am building and I’m having an issue with a Sobipro search button when using Sugite, but ONLY on mobile devices (iPhone). This is the search page URL:

    http://www.hesszone.net/kaa/kaa3purity2/karaoke-shows/search

    When I try to do a search, the button that says “START SEARCH” becomes non-functional on an iPhone. It works fine on a desktop even if I narrow the screen to mobile width.

    It works fine in all tested scenarios if I change to the default Joomla template temporarily.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Could you share URL of that search page again? I tried to view above page but it seems to be wrong page.

    I just tried it from this forum post and it worked fine so I’m not sure why it doesn’t work for you.

    Also, I am NOT getting the email notifications for new topic replies…..:(

    With the notifications, here are some hints:

    If you would like to get notification email(s) when there is a new post from any forum, please go to that forum >> Focus on Forum Tools menu>> Click on ‘Subscribe to this forum’ >> then select notification type as you wish.

    If you would like to get notification email(s) when there is a new post from any thread, please go to that thread >> Focus on Thread Tools menu>> Click on ‘Subscribe to this thread’ >> then select notification type as you wish.

    OK, I have no idea why you are getting an error on that link. I use it all the time. It is hosted on Siteground. I can access it just fine on two different browsers on my home computer and also from my VPN connected work computer. There is nothing wrong with the site or the permissions.

    On the thread tools I have an option to “unsubscribe” from the thread. I am already subscribed. I simply get no notice. The site isn’t sending me any notice. Please see attached.

    Here is a possibility on being blocked though: I have some IP pools blocked via HTACCESS. If you tell me what IP you are coming from I will unblock it.

    Did you try to check with default Joomla template like Beez or Protostar to see if this Sobipro work with default Joomla template or not? I try to assign these template to that search menu item but I don’t see the search button there.

    If you read my original post you will see that yes, I already tested that….before I even created this thread.

    Also, can someone please see why I am not getting notifications? If you look up in this thread you will see a screenshot where I am in fact already subscribed. I have already checked my spam folder. I’m not getting them. However, I am getting the Joomlart newsletter stuff so it is not an issue with my email account.

    Hello. Has anyone done anything with this? The last substantive response on this thread from Joomlart was 6 days ago.

    I got a response 4 days ago asking me a question that was already answered earlier in the thread.

    I have also not gotten any response on my queries on why I’m not getting forum notifications.
