I having issues with this template for days and its literally driving me crazy. I have created a support ticket. Contact members on the site.. posted several post… no luck

not able to get facebook to work
youtube doesnt work
instagram doesnt even show up
twitter doesnt work

I have remove all articles before … verify that download is from 5/17

I need someone people because its getting beyond crazy …… .

Hello snvital,

I have installed the latest version of JA Plugin for your site. With this version, you will have a verify button to check your social account feed, so you can know what will be returned from service api with your account. I have tested with account that you given, and here is the result:
– Facebook: we only support for public page, and if you enter your facebook profile id, the result is: http://www.facebook.com/feeds/page.php?id=15712159&format=rss20

– Twitter: I dont see any tweet of your account at https://twitter.com/#!/search/realtime/from%3Arocklandyou

– Youtube: and no video is uploaded by you http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/base/users/rocklandyou/uploads?orderby=updated&alt=rss

– Instagram: the version that you installed is too old, so you don’t see this tab. I have update it to new one, so you can see it now.
