December 18, 2010 at 2:09 am #157593I have just installed Teline4 with QS. But the logo is not displaying.
When I go to the footer, I see the site name right down there. The menus, like Home is also not showing.
I have tried it on FF and IE browsers. Same results.
Also, at the backend, when I changed the font size to 5, I cannot see the changes happen, even though I have cleared the cache, and rebooted the PC.
Any idea what might be the problem?

You want the Home menu to show where there is just black square now? If so, check Menu item manager > Home > Parameters (JA Extended). Select Show Title: Yes.
If Additional class further down is set to home, you will probably have to empty that field, otherwise it should show a home icon. I am not sure why it doesn’t in your site.

It is default setting of template to show site name there. Do you wish to show something else there ?

Will it be possible for you to please pm me superadmin details to check for this

December 20, 2010 at 1:09 pm #367771Hi Aman,
I have sent you a PM.
I would like to show something else, if that option is available.
Also, the size website font remains an issue.

The size is still not working and I have just noticed that when I select not to show the the CPANEL (which is at the top right corner of the front-end of the site) and the T3 Logo which is at the bottom right, they still show.

December 22, 2010 at 2:11 am #368039Hi there,
I’ve noticed that when I clicked save on backend, the content of templates/ja_teline_iv/params.ini was not changed, so it’s a permission problem, check to see if *.ini files in teline iv folder can be written.
You can do it by yourself or provide me the ftp account I will check it for you.
Hungnd.

December 22, 2010 at 1:06 pm #368129Hi Hungnd,
I have changed the permission for the params.ini file and put it to 0777. I returned to the website ACP to try again to make some configs. However, there is no change on the website.
Please check again.

December 23, 2010 at 3:03 am #368226dear iguinee,
First you should upgrade to teline 1.2.0, secondly t3 framework need write permission not only to params.ini, but also to subfolders of templates. Please check again, if the prob still remains, send me the ftp account I will handle it.
