@insofticursos: I just fixed the problem directly on your site in templates/uber/offline.php file, now you can login fine from front-end if you put site offline.

I compared the menu of your site and demo site for the font setting

font-weight: 300;
font-family: Roboto,"Helvetica Neue",Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;
font-size: 16px;
