What do u mean by uploading issue files ? In the screenshot its showing the blank space under in the Homepage . that is due the the table height you added .
Its 363px and content is not that much height .

Kindly do not post duplicate replies and site details in open posts . Your site can be hacked when you are posting the admin details for public . Always use set as private reply to send details .
Also, do not send admin details if they are not required or not asked by the support team .

For the issue, it would be helpful if you will provide a description of the problem with proper screenshots .
Without complete details it’s hard for me to assume the problem .

Hi I checked the part showing in the screenshot , As i can see you want to embed the iframe from a 3rd party source , It does not contain any image and output : http://prntscr.com/d7tc5a Please check with the issuu provider for how to embed this on site . I checked You are not using JA Template for this site .
I am afraid we do not support 3rd party templates . Kindly use JA Products to get support 🙂

Also kindly set the default editor to None from global configurations before editing the custom html module . Sometimes the Editor remove the scripts that may create some issue .
