    Hi,

I have been working on a website for 2 months already. now it is acting weird, often when I refresh the page, I get the message

Safari can’t open the page “” because the server where this page is located isn’t responding.

It’s been acting like this for the past week, before I didn’t have this problem. I contacted go daddy support because there is where i have my hosting at, they say everything was ok. On my computer it loads 3 times and then it gives me that error, then I have to wait a little bit and works again. Im using safari and firefox. I actually tried the same thing on my laptop and I have the same problem. I cleaned my cache and restart safari, no luck…

Whats wrong? has anybody experienced something similar? any ideas how to solve this?

(im attaching a pic of the error i get)

Usually it still the hosting problem. Moreover, if you experience the same problem for different pages, even very light, both front and back-end, it’s almost for sure because of a bad hosting.
Try a ping, host tracker services to check you hosting. There are many available on the Internet.

Thanks for replying. Yes, I guess its the hosting even though I called them and asked them to check that for me, but they said the server was working good. I’ll try your suggestion…

I agree with gray, this is often a hosting issue, might caused by hosting speed or configuration. Just place an .html file in your host and try to open, if the error appears again, it is no doubt the prob of you hosting.

And @elmndo_news, you should post your site link here so we all can have a look.

Here’s my site, check it out, it should work if you enter but if you refresh it for 3 o 4 times it stops working then you have to wait like 5 min if you refresh it again it should work.

Hungnd, what do you mean by “Just place an .html file in your host and try to open, if the error appears again, it is no doubt the prob of you hosting.”

Do you mean to create an .html file, upload it to the server, and try to open it?

    hi,

<blockquote>Hungnd, what do you mean by “Just place an .html file in your host and try to open, if the error appears again, it is no doubt the prob of you hosting.”

Do you mean to create an .html file, upload it to the server, and try to open it?</blockquote>yes, the .html file is lightweight and does not require processing of the php and mysql engine, thus it is a good way to test if there is any prob with you hosting.

I refreshed your page almost 20 times and i do not see anything wrong. So also check your internet connection.
