I am having an issue.

An item which requires TWO criteria to be selected is displaying when only ONE of its criteria is selected. This should not happen.

For example: Please navigate to the following page:

http://www.southark.edu/component/jak2filter/?Itemid=3882&issearch=1&isc=1&category_id=1

Select the first check box in the list on the right hand side:

• First-time entering Valedictorian or Salutatorian of an Arkansas high school

Now, scroll to the bottom and click "Search"

Result: The "Valedictorian / Salutatorian Scholarship" will display.

Problem: It should not.

For that scholarship to be display, TWO criteria should be selected:

• First-time entering Valedictorian or Salutatorian of an Arkansas high school

• Plan to enroll in at least 15 credit hours each semester

So, I feel certain that I have set something incorrectly.

Hi,

I understand what you mean but that’s workflow of JA K2 Filter extension, in which if Item A has extra fields of A1 & A2, then when you search for A1 item, Item A has A1, it still appears.

If you want to change this, it will take time and I’m afraid it fall into custom work.

Seriously? We have put hours upon hours setting up these scholarships in K2 for the sole purpose of using this application to filter them so that our students can more easily find the scholarships for which they qualify.

Is there some other way I can utilize your application to achieve the desired results?

Hi,

Unfortunately, at this moment there is not option for that, it will require customisation to achieve that feature.

I recommend you to hire a developer to get it done for you.
