Yes it is possible.
In the Administrative area, simply order the menu items as you see fit.

I don’t understand…but menu changes are a standard function of Joomla no matter the template.

I’m sorry…but I’m still not sure of what you are asking. Are you wondering why the order of the menu items which appears on the page is not in the same order as in your administrative menu panel?

I wonder why you post in the pre-sales area when you are showing images of the template already obtained? I know you show as unlicensed etc and won’t ask if you have brought the template merely at least post in the general forum please or satisfy our curiosity and say how you got the template

First, I must also agree with ShannonN in that your post is becoming more and more curious.

But the short answer, yes, you can set up a menu to be in any order that you wish. The picture example is a bad example which gives a wrong impression. And I for one would like to know where you got it.
