Hi

Will Zeolite II be updatet to J 2.5 and if yes when?

Do you know of a J 2.5 template that looks a lot like Zeolite II?

At this time JA still does not know whether there will be a big push to go and re-visit older templates and add new features to them. JA still have a number of components to update and test and those are the priority at the moment. JA Voice, JA Comment and JA JobBoard are examples of big components that are actively being worked on.

However, it is my understanding that our JA Devs have given the “thumbs up” to agreeing to update a number of our older J1.5 Templates – though there is neither a list nor timeframe we can provide at this particular time as to when this will occur. In the meantime, there ARE methods to update the Joomla version manually – from J1.5 to J1.7/J2.5 – instructions for which are available within our Member Community Forum Sections.

Just been looking for a J2.5 template to upgrade a site using Nickel J1.5. Sadly the recent JA templates are terribly designed and very boxy and basic and don’t compare. The older ones like Zeolite II would have been candidates if there were J2.5 versions, but not this time round. Having to start looking elsewhere :((

Sorry, currently we don’t have the upgrade version of J!2.5 for Zeolite II yet. If you need an e-commerce site, you can try JA Tiris <http://www.joomlart.com/joomla/templates/ja-tiris&gt;, this is for J!2.5 already. Hope that helps.
