Hi Everyone

I’ve been getting really annoyed the last few days as I’ve been doing a lot of work in the back end of a site. Everytime the phone rings, by the time I’ve answered and got back to the keyboard, I’ve been logged out of Admin and have to reenter username and pass.

Does anyone know where this ‘time limit’ is set as I would like to extend the time I stay logged in without activity by another five minute or so!

I can’t see anything obvious in the Joomla CP, is this more of an SQL database thing?

its in Admin CP.

not sure if you are using 1.5 but if 1.5
its at
Site -> Global Configuration -> System Tab -> Session Settings
Adjust the Timeout value to your required settings.
