Hello
i have made a manual installation on existing joomla 3.6.2.
Now i want to configure a page intro with acm module but inside it i don’t find
ja extra fields tab.
I have already checked the templates/etc/form/com_modules.module.xml
and all is regular.

Your site is loading both template styles: JA Nuevo and JA Resume templates. From backend of your site set JA Nuevo template by default: http://prnt.sc/cy7494
and you can see it’s working extra field of JA Nuevo template: http://prnt.sc/cy73v4 and not JA Resume template.

If you want you can copy templates/etc/form/com_modules.module.xml file of JA Resume template and paste to templates/etc/form/ folder of JA Nuevo template
