I bought on your site Joomart the template "Ja-Admin" that you have advertised as compatible Joomla 3.6. To my great dismay and anger, after having spent money, it is not compatible because when I access to the Admin after I logged in I only see a long list of overlapping menu items and to be able to see the template I have to scroll throughout the whole page up bottom. Please bring myself once the bug otherwise recover the amount wrongly, perceived by you. Thank you, Simone Odoardi

Hi,

I spent a bit more time to detect the problem on your site and saw error conflicted on your site: http://prntscr.com/dd36fv but when I disabled System – JSN PowerAdmin plugin from backend of your site: http://prntscr.com/dd35tb and you can see the backend is working properly now.

Thanks! What I can use instead of jsn power administrator? Is online your "ja builder" for download?

Hi,

I’m not experiencing with jsn power administrator and I could not suggest more the solution for you. About the JA Builder, we are testing and will release it soon .
