Hello

I use JA Social template and i want to create a menu “blog view” with JA Agro view but when i select JA Agro to template style i have a blank page. This problem occurs only to JA Agro template. I tried other templates like JA Events and default Joomla templates and all work fine. Any idea how could solve the problem?

JA Argo Template is running with JAT3 new version and JA Social and JA Event are running with JAT3v2. If you want to run JA Argo Template include JA Social Template, you need to download JAT3 new version here, see the screenshot

Go to Admin site -> Extensions -> Plugin Manager -> set enable both T3 version

Hello

thanks for your reply. I did as you said:

1) download JAT3 new version plugin
2) it was enable after install
3) Set template style ja_agro for menu “USER’S POSTS”
4) Clean JAT3 Clean Cache

The result is blank page when select USER’S POSTS menou and blank page in administration panel ja_agro template

when i tried to access JA Argo Template in Admin site. You can check and install JA Argo Template again.

I found the problem on your site

+ JA Social + T3v2

+ JA Argo + T3 latest version

T3v2 and T3 latest version conflicted when being enabled at the same time. You need to disable one of these 2 versions. For example, if you want to use JA Argo, you need to disable JAT3 v2 framework plugin and vice versa with JA Social template
