JA Altair Template footer issues.

When I click on the XHTML VALID in the footer of the template
goes to
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fpikespeakbsa.org%2Foa%2F

Result is:
Result: Failed validation, 125 errors

when I click on the RSS V2.0 in the footer of the template

Result is:
You are not authorized to view this resource.
You need to login.

I then log in the

Result is:
You are not authorized to view this resource.

———————
No changes to the template other then the header.

Any ideas?
