Hello,

I am migrating and upgrading to Joomla! 2.5 from Joomla! 1.7.4 Stable. I’m following the Extension Manager: Update Method found on http://docs.joomla.org/Upgrading_from_an_existing_version. When I complete step 2.3 of the update method, I encounter the following error message:

Update: :Collection: Could not open http://update.joomlart.com/service/tracking/list.xml%20/update.xml

What does this error mean exactly, and how do I resolve this issue before proceeding with the upgrade? I do not want to proceed to step 2.4 and click update until I know there will be no issues with the update.

By the way, I used the Update Method on another site with a Joomlart template earlier and it worked perfectly. No issues with the template at all.
