I have fixed the problem directly on your site. This is my solution

Open modules/mod_janewsticker/assets/style.css file

find

.ja-headlines {
overflow: hidden;
width: auto;
position: relative !important;
height: 16px;
}

Change to

.ja-headlines {
overflow: hidden;
width: auto;
position: relative !important;
height: 24px;
}

Please check it on your site. Let me know if it helps
