    Hi
    I just installed the JA AVTracklist plugin Teline V. Joomla 3.7.4, php 7.1 Apache 2.4.25 and instead of video displays the front page of the site inside the iframe.

    In a previous installation with Joomla 3.6.5, and php 5.6.31 worked fine.
    Any suggestion??

    Hi,

    JA AVTrackList plugin is complimentary plugin in JA Muzic template, used in other templates may not be tested yet.

    Could you share the credentials of your site (URL, Admin + FTP account) and tell me the page you’re trying to show this? I will take a look.

    Hi,

    I see the issue but the problem is this plugin is desired to work with JA Muzic only, it’s not tested in other templates.

    I will pass to the team if this can be done.

    I can’t access both sites now, maybe your host limits access from my place, pls add an exception for this IP: 113.190.254.239

    And also share the FTP account of your live site.

    Unfortunately in these servers there are not installed ftp.

    Hi again I just upgraded the working site to joomla 3.7.4 form 3.6.5 and still working.
    I noticed also that that the problem maybe is that is not passing the YouTube url in the iframe.
    The problematic http://new.radiopolis.gr/sinema/2070-oi-tainies-tis-evdomadas-20-07-17 has
    <iframe width="640" height="360" src="/" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="">
    and the working http://xlab2.serverhub.gr/radiopolis3/index.php/9-world/506-giorgos-sampanis-mono-esy-official-video-clip one
    <iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/GSSQcygTfjE" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="">

    There is new version of Teline V template, could you take a full backup of your site and update?
