Hi!

1. If you want to configure Contact Form.
Go to Back-end, and open Component > Contacts > Contact Name Here.

2. If you want to change layout for Contact Form.
You can open templates/ja_beranis/html/com_contact/contact/default_form.php file and change anything on this file you like.
