    Hello
I am needing to find out how I could get the CSS from my template JA Bistro, so that I can use it on the top of my tumblr blog, and on my Zendesk. They allow you change the header with CSS and Javascript, where I can find just the code that I need to make the top portion of both of them look like the top of my site.

Can you please provide site url where I can see current setup and perhaps an image showing expected end result?

Above is an example of what the end result should be, it has to be cleaner than an Iframe, and Zendesk allows you to change the Sides and the header with CSS and Javescript, so is their a snippet of code from my CSS that I could use, that would allow me to install them on Zendesk

It is still not clear to me what exactly you are trying to achieve.. Zendesk seems to be a support / ticketing system extension that works with Joomla but I am not sure what its css and js to do with template header and css, js..

Can you please clarify a bit more?

Zendesk is a support desk that can be used to organize tickets, and forums and things of that nature. What I am needing is the location (if any) on my CSS or JABistro installation in general. That I can copy and paste into Zendesk, I will not be hosting on Zendesk on My servers, it will be a forwarding link from my website.

When someone clicks Support, they will be routed to our support desk on Zendesk, http://tastynow.zendesk.com, so even though they will be leaving our site I would like them to easily come back once their support issue is handled.

Here’s an example from Rockstar Games, (they use Zendesk as well)

    MAIN SITE: http://rockstar.com and
    SUPPORT SITE: http://support.rockstargames.com/home ,

it looks like their site, but the middle section is actually on Zendesk, The zendesk site mirrors their main site on by having the outside with similar look and feel and same on the header, but it is two different sites, they are just forwarding their DNS. We would like to do their same. And since this is Joomlart, I figured someone must have to know what snippets of code we could use to achieve this.

I’m trying to be as clear as possible, I’m not asking anything advanced here, I just am not to familiar with reading code, so its basic programming, just in case your thinking something extremely advanced.

Ok what I understood is that zendesk allows you to style their page to match your site and you need to know what style to be used.. So all the style in the template on your site is coming from templates/ja_bistro/css/template.css You will need to change images path after you copy this styling to zendesk so that you can use the same images from your site and dont have to copy on zendesk..

Hope I have now got this right and it solves your issue.. 🙂
