Hi,

Generally this issue occurs when any of the articles loaded in the highlighted areas in your site screenshot has some div tags or any such unnecessary tags / code in the article. This kind of code comes in the article content if it is copied from somewhere like MS word. I would suggest you to check each an every article displayed in the highlighted areas and remove any unwanted code and see if the column appears at correct position in IE
