I try to modify some css of the masshead class
i find it in template.css

but the changes do not apply in the pages
what’s wrong?
how i can change some setting there?

Please do not touch into core css files. Use custom.css instead

there is no templates/t3_bs3_blank/ in my installation 🙁
(in the http://www.t3-framework.org/documentation/customization.html referes of this dir)

t3_bs3_blank is name of your using template. you are using ja_biz.
