Hello. Am attempting to create a 2nd blog on our Joomla JA Biz site and modules are not appearing in the proper place. I created a duplicate of the current blog, (picture attached). Made use of module positions 4, 5 and 6 in working blog. Attempting to do same with new blog – it failed and positions the modules oddly. Can you please help? Also, I understand our site is restricted – I am able to request an IP Address for access – but will need assistance if your country is restricted, I am unsure where to allow access for a specific geography.

My current IP is 106.192.161.137
Is dynamic and change randomly so if you can provide full access i can check your site.
Also you can check the present position from template options > Layout Tab.

Hello Pankaj! I’m really sorry about all the difficulties, it is very kind of you to try to help me. Our computer systems admin. says he added the IP address – I realize it changes. If we get lucky, perhaps it might work for the current IP address. If it changes before you are able to help, than I understand that is just my bad luck and I can thank those who tried to hack our website 😀

Hi
It is still forbidden for me. Anyway you can easily check the module positions from
template manager > JA Biz >options > Layout Tab
And see the module positions for the layout.
