Hello krumz,
yes I cleared the cache and Problem still exist
I think this is may be related to Joomla Update to 3.6.4, is anyone facing same problem?

Now I’m able to edit modules successfully, after I updated Chrome to the last update and cleared the cache from both browser and website again

Great you sort it out .
Beside i suggest you to do not update live site to Joomla3.6.4 as its just out and template will be updated for it .
Wait for official template update and then update your Joomla .
always take backup of site before updating Joomla .
