    Hello:

I can’t update the JA BIZ template and JA Login module for J25 & J3x My joomla version is Joomla! 3.4.8

If I try to update the template it show the following messages: Warning: Update path does not exist. Message: Error updating COM_INSTALLER_TYPETYPE. Notice: Before updating ensure that the update is compatible with your Joomla! installation.

If I try to update JA Login it shows the next message Warning: Update path does not exist. Message: Error updating COM_INSTALLER_TYPETYPE. Notice: Before updating ensure that the update is compatible with your Joomla! installation.

Can you help me please? Thanks

    Hi there

    I noted it too now

500 – Copy failed is a permission issue on your folder , i think you should ask to your hosting provider to verify all php settings for your joomla site, expecially permissions on specific template folder, you can always update your template using Joomla extension manager and see if error persists.

    Hi

This is not a Template Issue or component issue, it is related to your hosting configuration and to Joomla itself .

It is quite impossible to verify what is wrong with your configuration , i can only suggest to verify that all php directives on your hosting are compatible with a Joomla installation .
