It is a sad plugin.
The FB Share text usually starts with unnecessary Print and Email or sometimes with “Details” and its created(?) date… even print and email options are turned off in the Joomla Global Configurations.
Seems very buggy by default and here are no any settings for these options.

Googled addthis problems but found nothing important.

One more:
Just made a trial at your demo builder it does not grab the text from the article but there is a row eith the text:
Joomla! – the dynamic portal engine and content management system
Where is it from?

About the details or created(?) date and Print and Email you can disable it by css style, display: none or if you are a developer, you can remove it from source code

About the “Joomla! – the dynamic portal engine and content management system” I could not find it from link of you mentioned. Which area are you referring to on your site?
