I’am using JA Bookmark Plugin with Joomla! 2.5.9, I’m also using the JA University template and AddThis on a multilingual site. I installed it at the very beginning it was working fine.

Now towards the end of design I just recognized that the button does not exist anymore.

Any ideas why?

Hi bozden,

Firstly, did you try to follow our JA Bookmark plugin user guide for detailed configurations ? Secondly, If you still face this issue after following our guide, can you send me a PM with your admin for further checking ?

I re-checked the documentation. I’m not sure of the “account” item, but others seem to be OK. I moved the plugin to the first position with no avail.

Hi bozden,

One reason why I still wonder that on your website, JA Bookmark plugin just works with After Content position, while I did tested carefully with JA University on our dev hosting, the plugin did worked with 5 display position options.

Your template, plugin version & configuration is great OK. Maybe, the content component which displays the Bookmark did got some issues.

Hi Leo, thank you for your efforts.

Although the plugin works at the end there is this code shown on the page:

So this is not a solution yet.

Hi bozden,

Your issue of displaying JA Bookmark is fixed in the updated release of this plugin.
Now, bookmark icons works well without extra texts.
