Hello Presale/Support team,

I was JATC Standard Member for last 3 years which is expired last month. I downloaded a quickstart and other template related files for JA Bookshop template from your download section. But now after 3 weeks, I tried to install this template and found that 1 important SQL file is missing (ja_bookshop_sample_demo_j3x.zip) which is required to install this template as per the demo version.

I even purchased the 3rd party components such as like Mijo Shop and installed those but due to this 1 missing file in your quickstart/template version I am not able to complete the installation process. When I tried to download this required SQL file from your website, it is not allowing me to download as my membership expired 2 weeks ago.

The main problem is that when I was member and downloaded the template and quickstart, you did not provide me this important 1 SQL file which should have been part of original template download. You provided me incomplete version of this template and now in order to get this 1 file (which you did not provide me in the first place) do I have to pay for the membership again or will you be helpful enough to send me this file by email or any other method.

I have also provided you complete access / login details to my development server/site.

Please let me know as soon as possible.

Hi Pushkar,

We haven’t received any similar report of SQL file missing in the JA Bookshop template package from other members. The package you downloaded from JA Bookshop page should have included all the necessary files to install the template.

Hello Joomlart Support,

In the bookshop template installation documentation Step No. 5. It is asking to download a SQL file to populate database like in Demo version. File required is ja_bookshop_sample_demo_j3x.zip but it is no available to download and it not part of quickstart either. I am attaching the screenshot of the installation procedure to make the point clear. Can you let me know how can I download this file now?

The sql file is available for download in our “How to build MijoShop sample data after installing JA Bookshop Quickstart” guide, however it locates in JA Bookshop forum which you do not have access to now as your membership has expired.

It’s best if you could consider renewing your JATC membership to keep getting our premium support on forum as well as to access our latest products / updates.

Hi,

facing the same situation to have the JA bookshop template working with Mijoshop exactly the same as showed at demo’s website.

Where is the sql sample data file having the books samples?
