i am having a hard time troubleshooting my issue which seems to be similar to http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/solved-ie-error-on-page/ and http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/error-on-page-2/ but not exactly the same …

my error is on forum page only and my left menus are pushed down below the forum section:

i tried some of the suggestions in the above posts but they did not seem to work/apply.
