Hi,

I have the JA Brisk Template with JA Masshead.

I have used the JA Masshead module but it doesn’t work for all items.

I have used the item ID for one of the menu items. It works fine. I then copies that menu item. So it’s exactly the same but obviously the item ID has changes, so I added this to JA Masshead, but on this new item, it doesn’t work. Why doesn’t it work on some pages and on pages it does?

Please make sure that you set the right ‘configuration conditions’ in backend settings of this JA Masshead module. This is how we configure for demo site: http://static.joomlart.com/images/templates/ja_brisk/userguide-j25/masshead-back.png

Hi Saguaros,

I have already set those settings. As I said, it is working for most of the pages but I have created new ones and followed the exact same steps, but it don’t work. Really awkward this.

What else could go wrong?
