October 5, 2017 at 10:55 pm #1066160Hello,
I ‘had’ build a very nice JA Builder website – but something has gone terribly wrong, whilst the admin interface appears to be looking correct (although some premium block not rendering as responsive) The live site is atrocious and appears to have no css?
I tried installing a completely new installation and our default pages appear to work, but when I imported my data page it broke again, so it does seem to be my template not rendering the css or styles correctly.
I also tried updating JA Builder, I tried rolling back to an earlier version of Joomla 3.7.5 and none of this changed the live front end appearance of my broken design. As I say admin view is rendering exactly as I want – except I can see the feature intro grid is not showing as responsive.
Biggest issue is the lack of css on the live view. https://www.brittambrosedesign.com/paulinesinnerhealing.com.au (horrid!)
I have seriously spent a great deal of time on this – so hugely upset that it can break in the blink of an eye!
Can you please help fix.
Many thanks
Britt

October 9, 2017 at 3:27 am #1066670Hi Britt,
Yes, the URL is included in my private reply, only you (and Moderators) can see.
Could you check the file permissions on your site also? when I inspect > I see some errors in console tab relates to the permission to view / access some css file in ‘media’ folder. That’s why it lost style of the home page.
