    Hi there,

I of course am aware that JA Builder is being developed, and I like it a lot, so I decided why not get DW builder (WordPress version of JA Builder) and then I got a support request answered with this….

"Please accept my apology for the delay getting back to you. The PageBold team has stopped developing this product and Designwall team cannot develop the DW Builder plugin. We have disabled this plugin from the plugin list of our team. Sorry about that, My friend."

What is going on here? Why would they take my money only to say they are no longer developing the plugin, surely it’s not that hard to replicate the updates from JA Builder on DW Builder.

@saguaros or @arvind – Can you guys let me know what’s going on here? I would really like to use JA/DW Builder on my clients sites that request WordPress.

    Thanks,
    Richard

    Hi Richard,

Could you please help us to send your payment receipt to hi@designwall.com ? DW team will assist you further on this case.

Thanks @saguaros I’ve emailed them, although it’s very strange that I paid for the plugin, then they emailed me saying it’s no longer supported, then today… they re-publish it on their site… I can’t understand why they don’t just update from Joomlart’s version of the builder.

I would really like if you could forward this info to the right person so we can use JA Builder on WordPress as I would like to use it across both platforms Joomla and WordPress.

Although, due to time constraints I am forced to request refund and move to Divi 3 for WordPress.

    Thanks,
    Richard
