YES, JA Builder Pro is free for JATC membership and JA Builder Premium is free for JA Developer

Well, I have Developer membership. I want to download JA Builder but I can’t.
Why? And how can I download it?

Hello

All the active paid users should be able to access JA Builder.

This is likely a browser cache issue, you can try to clear browser cache & cookies, then login to download the builder again . Resetting password is also a solution.

This is correct. And I am able to download it.

It was a problem related to links on your site. Form the Main Page->Templates (the blog list)->JA Builder your are going to View Price and Demo.
But from Downloads->JA Builder everything works just fine.
