I downloaded the FREE Version installed myself.

Then later I bought the PRO and PREMIUM version. I thought the PRO version was installed but it seems that I do not have a lot of Blocks and Library contents. So, I thought I might not have installed the Pro version.
Can you find out please if the Pro version is probably installed.

You Have JA Builder Premium, Kindly login on Front-end with JA Account to get the Paid content of JA Builder.
Both JA Builder Pro and Premium are same except the Tech support and Renewal Discounts.

log in as usual? How to I get to JA Account?
