I have installed JA Company template to an existing Joomla! site at https://mlcproperties.com. I have tried to install the Builder extension, but get 500 error on every attempt. Additionally, I cannot get the Social List module to work on the top right of the page.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

    Hi Walt Kennedy,

Could you also share the FTP account so I will take a look?

    Hi Walt,

It seems that there is issue when install JA Builder in old version of Joomla (3.3.6) – it works well in latest version of Joomla. I’ve report the team for further checking, pls stay tuned.

Should I upgrade Joomla! to 3.6?

You should but please check your site carefully first to make sure that all extensions / templates used on your site are compatible with new Joomla version. This is so important.

For our products: JA Company & JA Builder are available for Joomla 3.7 already.

Thanks! I have upgraded to 3.7 and the social module is now working. I have some issues with other third party extensions, but they are minor and I feel confident going forward.

    Hi Walt Kennedy,

Could you pls check with your host where this file come from? ‘public_html/cache/pdf.php’ . Because this file doesn’t belong to any of our product.

For the affected files, you can try to remove and replace them by the associated file in download package of our product. As I can see that most of files in temporary folder (tmp) so you can remove them.

    Regards
