I can´t found the Show image Setting option in JA Bulletin 2.5.7

I have Joomla 3.2.3

What can I do?

Yes, I have noticed that too from time to time in Isis. Isis is flakey and deficient in several respects IMO, but it might be a Joomla 3+ issue.

Close browser tab and re-open / login usually fixes it for me.

Have you cleared your browser cache? I use Chrome and had to do a full browser reset recently.

Yes, off course. And I try with other browser and with other computer.

Is the Image Settings tab still missing if you switch to the Joomla Core Module Manager at bottom of page?

For JA Bulletin 2.5.7 on Joomla 3.2.3, please login backend => Module Manager => Click open Module JA Bullentin => click tabs Images Setting and configure the image as you wish ( as in this screenshot http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/669/1919215479.png )
