Hi again,
now I disabled Ja Bulletin module in Extension Manager – first picture
then I did JAT3 Clean Cache, Maintenance Clean Cache, then I chech my site (http://www.litomericko24.cz) and what i can see: picture: – orange box NEJNOVEJSI ZPRAVY

is it normal? What and Where I have to delete (caches?) to disable Ja Bulletin module?

Have you been sure to also clear your browsers cache?
