Hi All,

Having a problem with the thumbnails appearing (or NOT!) in my Latest News module! I have images in the articles and the settings for the module are supposed to crop them to 40×40 I think – but nothing is happening…all I’m seeing is what looks like bullet points! In the Image Manager, resized folder, I don’t think the thumbs are being created. Any ideas on how I can solve this?

Dear jmdstudio!

To the resize function work with the following conditions:

1) images are not image linked ( mean: images are put inside the “images” folder of the website)
2) the dimension of thumbnail is smaller the dimesion of the source image.
3) in the configuration of the module, you must to choose “use resizing” or “use croping” for the “thumbnail mode” parameter
4) you should turn off the cache option in the Advanced Parameters

Please try to check again

Thanks for the help, I have this working now – however I would like to change the class suffix to something else (_hilite2), and when I do this the Article Title and Thumbnail images are on different lines, as if the thumbs are jumping down.
Any Ideas how I can solve this? Thanks 🙂
