The Ja Bulleting module comes without images. After I install the module / plugin I see the images of my articles. But now there are didn´t shown.

Hello proterra!

Please check some thing as following

1) you need to set permission and its sub folders of the Images folder
2) You access this module’s configuration and disable the cache option
3) All Images are used, they must to put in the images folder (recommend)

I use images in my articles that I upload on Joomgallery, there are in the Joomgallery folder with the right permissions

In your case , its difficult to give you solution at this time, can you please provide me the administrator account, FTP account via you ticket, i will check and resolve the issue

I don´t know why you want this. is that your support, that you programmed on my live system?
This is a security risk. Sorry, but I don´t know you and so I have no trust in you to gave my completly Website Datas included 6.000 Users 30.000 Articles to you.

I think I build up a Beta-Site with no content and there you can play 😉

i’m trying to help you resolve the issue.

I need to access your site to check all configurations which you have made for the modules.

I would need to debug your site ffor possible causes. You can set a account for me and you can disable it once i am done with my fixes.

JA Bulletin works well and if its not working on your site, then its your site issue. I cant fix it unless i debug it.
