    Hi,
I want to insert a javascript to an article. I toggle to an html code and insert <script> code …. </script>. when saving it, that block of code is being removed. What I do I have to do to keep it. What is the other alternative to having it in the html code since the editor won’t keep it in there? ie save it to a js file and have the system picks it up. I do not know what html file to include the code. What I want is to validate a data entry form on an article that is called from a hyperlink.

    Thanks,

    Hi Ccdkhmer

I think you should not be doing it, as it may break your site or may even be against the security of your site. Probably you should look out for other methods to include the script for that specific page.

However, you can setting to enable add scirpt to article as below:

Go to plugin manager & click on TinyMCE
    Go to plugin parameters
select ” never ” to Code cleanup on save option & save it

    Regards,
