i would like to know how can i change the images for those three sections and where can i go to change the text that pops up on hover!

i already replaced the images but they arent changing when i refresh the site so im stumped on that one.

The 3 box are link at 3 different articles. On the back-end pannel u can go on the articles page and search the title of youre article (the title is write in the box), from here u can go cange the image, title and text.
