I have the same problem after upgrade Joomla to 3.6.3. Can you help please? Urgent.

UPDATE at 1:38 pm: I’ve reinstalled the previous 3.6.2 installation, and it works. But I still need to update it to 3.6.3, of course. I’m using php 7.0
