Hello everyone.

I am trying to wrap my head around setting up JA Cloris. While I’m familiar with Joomla I’m trying to understand how to set up the menu.

I did not install the demo data with JA Cloris. I already have joomla installed on my server and simply want to use JA Cloris as my template.

What I’m trying to understand is the menu. I understand there is a xml file with the menu items that I can change manually.

I wish there was some clear step by step instructions for setting up the menu to point to the page1, page2 modules in order to get the scrolling effect as in the demo.

I’m just a little lost. I really love this template and have plans to customize the look and feel for my needs, I just don’t know where to start regarding the menu.

Can I delete my Joomla menu? If I do does the template xml file with menu items automatically take over?

On previous templates that I’ve used for my site I would assign an article to a menu item, and modules to show up on menu items. So the the way this template works is new to me.

Any help is appreciated.

Ok, I got the menu figured out.

I’ll post a step by step once I get my menu sorted out for anyone else that might be confused like me.
