I installed Ja Cloris Quickstart, joomla 1.5 on the server. After deleting the installation folder I could not acces admin nor frontend. When I renamed jat3.php and jat3.xml in folder plugins/system, I coud acces admin, but frontend gave me ‘Missing jat3 framework plugin’. Are these 2 files corrupt or do they mis code?

I hope somebody can help me.

It could be a number of things causing this including your server setup. Please restoer those files to their original name then check your servers error logs. It should point you in the correct direction. If you cannot see the plogs use a php.ini file to enable display php errors as that will also help to debug the problem. Usually it is only the frontend that crashes, I’ve not seen the back end die in this way before.

I have just tested the Cloris download and it seem to be working well for me.

I solved it with a new installation. What I did was; Write complete quickstart content to the server. Put a complete empty ‘configuration.php’ on the server and give it 777 attribute.
Then follow the installation. Workes fine now.
