Hello,

Could any one of Joomlart support guys let me know why I don’t have access to download JA Comment?!!!

Please note that I haven’t purchased extension club subscription simply because it is pretended on Ja Ores template page that the JA Comment is also included in the package! >:(

The JA Ores demo also demonstrates JA Comment and there is no clue no where on the Joomlart website so the potential customers find out that this plugin is not included in template package while implied it is.

The info about JA Ores is pretty clear:

Added as a new cut, you will find JA Comment-ready in JA Ores demo, a snapshot convincing you on full-functioned and ease-to-use comment stuffs needed for a Joomla site.

You may consider using K2, which is supported in JA Ores. K2 includes comment functionality.

Hi Steinar,

Thanks for your input. In fact, I have been considering K2 as an alternative, yet I would be thankful if you could share your mind with me on whether is it the best non-commercial commenting system available for Joomla or not?

I have heard a lot about K2 and have had the chance to look at its screenshots. What I need for my website is not only a commenting system but also a wiki, knowledge-base, FAQ, forum, live chat, customer support (ticketing system) and maybe a few others…

Do you probably know of any extension that bears the most part of my requirements in one bundle? I do know that it is almost impossible to find an extension that caters for all of my needs but there might be good solutions that offer me a couple of them.:)
